How demographic change will affect our societies in the next decades to come?
The Old World will become even much older in the decades to come. In only 20 years time, there will be societies in Europe, like Germany and Italy, with 65+ citizens comprising close to 1/3 population. Already before that, many European labor markets will begin to shrink. In my presentation, I will explain some of the key implications of this change.
